I made pickles of oriental melon from Karuizawa using plum vinegar.
I love eating pickles with plain rice. I could get much plum vinegar when I made Umeboshi. I eat a lot of sour food to keep my energy in the hot summer in Tokyo! I cooked corn mixed rice with corn from Karuizawa.
