After lunch, they tried a Japanese calligraphy experience.
They chose their favorite words. Happiness, monkey, strength. Monkey is something like her Chinese zodiac. They practiced very hard, so it was finished in very nice. They wrote the name which is the Katakana or Hiragana. I feel that the characters were very tasteful and warm. Thank you for good work long time. I was also very fun. 
  Customers from Australia are young couple and daughter of 10 year old.
She was a first customer of kid. I was very happy. I was surprised that she was very calm and wise. We made Ozoni and Japanese omelet and green beans with sesame dressing. Ozoni is a very traditional soup and most of Japanese eat new years day every year. They were able to make very good also decoration cut of carrots. They tried also Isobe rice cake. Also the girl made some Dorayaki very well. They were so lovely family. I spent the time very happily. Thank you so much! I will open Japanese calligraphy experience class . You can experience the Japanese calligraphy after cooking class . This is a traditional Japanese culture of the most familiar to modern Japanese people.You need about 1 hour to do it and the cost is 2,000 yen. If you want to only calligraphy experience is 3,000 yen.Sometimes I can't accept the reservation if the cooking classes are crowded. Please ask me.
