I made Meat sauce spagethi as request of my daughter.
With minced pork, garlic, onion, carrots, tomato, bay leaves, nutmeg, cinnamon, etc.
I always add boiled down balsamic vinegar, but I added a little red wine and mirin and boil down it more. Then, it's more like a ragout sauce rather than a meat sauce, so I was pleased😃
Cooking is fun because even basic dishes will be upgraded a little with new knowledge and ingenuity.
