It was the afternoon class on Mar 30.
We make the Gyoza , the green beans with sesame dressing, the grilled eggplant, the miso soup.
They wrapped dumplings very well.It looks so good!
It’s hard to believe that they have made the first time the Gyoza making.
They were so pleased they could make the Gyoza easily.
After cooking class, they did Japanese calligraphy.
They chose a word which suit to them, then practiced so hard.
I thought that could understand their personality when I saw their calligraphy.
They finished in a very nice.
They were so beautiful Mom and two daughters, and very close good family.
Because I heard that their roots are in Japan, I was very impressed.
