Now is in the season of salmon roe in Japan. I made a salmon roe pickled with soy sauce, sake, mirin. My husband loves it so much. I freeze them for new years day if make a lot of salmon roe in autumn season.On New Year's day, we put it into Zoni, or put on Kamaboko (fish paste) and eat.
