Udon noodle class

Customer from Toronto.
She wants to make cold udon.
I thought another menu that fit cold udon.
・Chawan-mushi (steamed egg custard)
・Soaked vegetablse in soy based sauce.


I was very concerned about typhoon.
It was gone in the morning and became a very beautiful day.
We had very good time!
